alright..tomorrow is teacher's da..but we have celebration.. today.. by i hereby wishes all the teachers in the world..happy teachers' day.. ;)
hmm..today never go to school..cause almost all my classmate never come..so yup3.. If i go..i'm like the only one in class..hmm..so i decided to go back to my sec school.. and saw alot of new stuff.. like the wall.. some part of the wall it's painted.. it look so modern new..artistic pieces..
it's nice..and the style is so like my dream house.black and white.. hahas..lol..

hmm..oh ya..do i look indecent?? cause my principal said that i was indecent..and more worst.. she though ti was a gal.. many ppl though i was a gal.. wow..that's interesting.. i look like a gal..hmm..

went to the canteen after the performance.. nothing much.. boring and more boring after years.. yawn*..
that's jeff and yong ji.. hug* for jeff..cause he help me reformat my thumb drive..which was infected by this virus called " terrorist".. sucks man.. why virus exists?? hmm..last time when there is no computer..no virus too..but when there is computer there came the virus.. hmm..who created virus.. nothing better to do huh.. idiot*
and i find it so ridiculous to get the virus from my school..arent there should have a back up system to clear the virus??

the latest thing in school.. GOOD NEWS CAFE.. opened by mr vincent lim.. i think if i'm in school now he will surely call me and accompanied to boost this cafe.. hahas..too bad..i'm not there..wasted.. :)
it's actually located just outside the art room..hmm.. and i think the price and stuff is reasonable.. just that the drink stall aunty there not happy with them.. competition what..
the whole environment was not bad.. didn't expect to have a cafe here in school..hahas..

Every day can feel like a struggle when you're depressed. Medical care and therapy are the most important steps to recovery. But there are things you can do to help yourself feel better:

Set realistic goals. You may feel overwhelmed by everything you "should" be doing at home or at work. Try not to be hard on yourself. Remember that depression is an illness and that you can't force yourself out of it. Focus on small, realistic goals to ease yourself back into your work and family routine.
Do what you enjoy. Even if you don't really feel like it, set aside time to do things that you like. Get together with friends. Take a walk. Go to the movies. Take up a hobby that you set aside years ago.
Hold off on big decisions. Since depression can color your outlook on everything, it's best to avoid making any big decisions—quitting a job or moving, for instance—until you feel better.
Avoid alcohol. Although you might think it will help you feel better, alcohol can make your depression worse. Depressed people are at special risk of developing substance abuse problems, and alcohol interacts with many antidepressants.
