More space less chair

Saw this on the train last week, where one section of the train has no chairs..but only space to stand..

hmm.. not a bad idea.. the train will be more spacious.. because of that section.. however, there will be less chair.. especially for ppl that are old, some ppl just don let out their seats.. sometime i just feel empathy for them..

is it a good choice? it's up to your agreement.
