An unsatisfied service

Today is Sylvia's birthday so we went to Pizza Hut to celebrate her birthday..


Of course we ordered Student Value Treat..

SOMETHING HAPPEN~

There was a large crowd inside pizza hut..but still we manage to get in..8 person tgt.. sylvia,Shaun,me,michelle,eileen,wanting,azhar & Kavitha..

we ordered our food and was told that our food will come ard 15-20min..

the food came 10 mins later.. the soup came first.. with a bottle of pepper.. but one thing.. they never gave us any spoon.. thinking that they will give us.. i waited.. and 5 min later..but to no avail.. so i ask the staff to get me a spoon..and you know what? she brought one spoon back.. and only i got the spoon.. my accompanied did not get any spoon..when i got my spoon, my soup already become cold.

Never mind, next coming up was my food.. i ordered 'chicken haven' which is spaghetti with creamy chicken with alfredo sauce.. food camed 5 min later.. it was put infront of me..then the staff walked off..the only utensil left on our table was our soup spoon.. am i suppose to use my hand to eat?

i waited 10 min, but no one bring the folk for us.. i asked again for the folk..and they bring us the folk.. but only 3 folk..then later michelle and wanting's pizza came.. no plate and folk for them..just the hot plate itself.. so how is michelle going to eat? i so piss off with their service over there..serious was the worst ever..

and i asked the staff for the feed back form.. she ask me what was that? i was like huh..? and i have to communicate using chinese with the staff to get my feed back form..

but the feedback form was a plain white paper.. wth!?!

i wrote a two page feed back form for them..

but lucky the manager was good in her service..she took the group photo for us using her own camera..

hmm..

tmr going to wake up in the morning..real early.. cos i need to reach harbour front ard 6.30am.. cos i got a volunteer work to do.. so ya..anyway..once again Happy birthday Sylvia..



This is the soup without the soup spoon.. hmm i put alot of pepper inside the soup..





and this is the spaghetti without the folk..
