Check up-Training

Today went to Check up at Alexandra Hospital..hmm.. not really good.. Was told again and again.. that normal reading for liver is 20-30..but mine came up to be 174..

Probably becos of my Fats..

Was asked to come back for blood test on 22/12/08 and i have to fast, i can't eat at night after 10pm. because they need my blood..

Doc ask me to change my diet plan to vegtable,steam fish and soup noodles, no more hawker food.. so i just have to do that.. i'm in the obese range. Also have to exercise 3 times a day, every time exercise 45 mins, like brisk walking etc..

After my appt, went to my grand ma house, and rest cos i have training at night form 7pm-10pm at kallang,PA HQ. Did our formation, but one word bORED.. i love and hope i can dance more. Because it really slim me down.

After dance practice, didn't went to Payar Lebar to find someone, cos i really donno how to go..and he didnt want me to go so ya.. I really sucks at it..so don mention abt it..

On our way to the Mrt, one of my friend Myron started to act 'niang niang qiang' after my friend pull up his army shorts, which accidently we saw his underwear.. hahas.. and he pull me to become 'Niang niang qiang' so i just acc him. lol our friends laugh till they cannot walk, and ppl are looking at us. At one of the traffic light, i suddenly act Sisi one of the blangadash was shocked, real shocked he dared not cross the road.. hahas.. i was LMAO.. ltr on i cont to act 'niang niang qiang' in the train, which was supposely to be a dare.. my friend was like 'CB' and hit the train board on top accidently.. lol..

But overall i was real daring.. right? Veron,Mei,Myron,Belinda? hahas..

When i die..Nobody know..

yst went to Alexandra Hospital to see the doctor.. no use at all.. they say everything ok, except my liver, and they refer me to another dept.. i mean come on, waste my money..blood test somemore.. i had so many damn blood test.. and the only thing can say is my liver reading is too high.. and refer me from here and there.. can't they just refer me to the right dept? i spend $54.60 just to take the same blood test, and for that MC i rather go to school..if still can't find anything.. i'm not going to see the doc ANYMORE.. i will just die..

looks like a botanic garden than a hospital.

need to wait one hour for my ridiculous report.. and so i decided to go to the Cafeteria.. and i was walking following the board.. turn left, turn right, walk straight.. cross the road, walk down the stairs. walk straight, turn left, turn right.. walk straight and turn right.. to reach this 'best' cafeteria..

went to malaysia in the afternoon, after my medical appointment.. went to this place, the usual place to have my dinner.. had this mountain pork, frog,promfret.. etc..

saw this pet shop at malaysia.. and i saw this dog.. me and my mum fall in love with it.. it's breed is call 'Xi shi' $900Rm worth it!!!! but i donno how can i get him to Singapore.. How? anyone can help?

Radio active shop.. the shop i've been talking abt.. hmm.. forgotten to bring my voucher over..so next time going back to buy..

alright..talk abt school today.. quite enjoy my school today..hmm..brought something for my mum and myself..it's a clay keychain.. and i simply love it.. hehe* brought one that wrote 'super woman' for my mum as a keychain.. and you know what? all this in the photos are brought by our class.. hahas..

hmm..wanna say something.. i had this friend of mine she ask me to join chingay.. but in the end she because of an industrial attachment decided to go and give up the chingay thingy.. and i was left behind..ALONE..hmm.. not trying to scold her. i know she has her reason.. the overseas attachment is a rare case.. and she should go for it..but somehow.. i feel being neglected.. i feel being rejected..donno why..sorri if i feel emo.. because i just feel so..

Alexandra Hospital

Alexandra Hospital..

that's where i am this morning.. yst afternoon someone from the hospital called me and informed me that my appt time has been changed to 8.55am instead of 10am.. so i reach the hospital ard 8.39am..

Register and started to wait infront of Room 22..

however hmm.. i saw my slip there wrote appointment time 10am.. which was so crap i went to ask the nurse and the nurse check for me..then after checking they told me that my appointment time in the system is 10am..Wth!?!


ard hmm 9.15am the doctor came into the room.. then started to call a person's name..

Doc: "Gary Ong, Gary Ong"

No one answer.. i was thinking is it me? but my surname is Mo..

then the doctor change, and call another person's name..

after the first patient, a nurse call my name..gary right? i say yes..

the doc explain that he called me, i told him.. but you call the wrong surname..he somehow realise.. then started to ask what happen to my hand and stuff..

i told him, last time i had dislocated my left arm two times..he ask me where i see the doctor.. i told him sinseh..

then he started to ask me where is the pain.. and he somehow figure out my left arm and right arm is different.. different as in the angle.. then he send me to the X-ray.. went to the X-ray department.. hand in my doc and wait for my turn from 3 person in queue to 10 person.. i waited and waited..till i fall asleep..cos i wake up quite early.. when i started to feel not so tire, i start to worry whether my name has been call? then i went to the counter to check, she say my doc is inside.. so i went to sit nearer to the station..

sat down not long after my name was called..and i had my X-ray..

after X-ray i went back to the doc.. then the doc start to look at the X-ray on his computer.. uses some software to measure the angle and degree of my bone.. and final decision.. i got vague bone.. so the doc wrote me a Memo to inform My Ns Checkup doc.. so i have to bring down on 29 october..

The doc say i will be permanently take out from doing Pull up and Push up..

after all the check up i went to my grandma's house.. had my lunch there.. help her clean her fan and wash the toilet for her.. though i have no energy on my left hand but still help..cos she so old..cannot bend down..and the toilet was real dirty man..
