Fortcanning 'Qigong' Lesson

it's been sometime since i blog.. hmm one reason is because i'm working now and by the time i reached home i'm tire, so i didn't really get the chance to blog. And i have to resize the photo first before i upload if not it takes the whole day to upload it up into my blog.

Saw this pink dress? it's cute right? totally.. absolutely.. (: it'sfor Vera's Daughter.. Vera is my collegue and her daughter's b'day is on this coming Sunday but i can't attend cos i will be in the camp. Right guys? hmm..



it's been sometime since i've been with the nature.. and yes, i'm now back and with MORE!!!!

Been back at Fortcanning park with the 'Qigong' practices.. and last week i went, it's been a long time since i've been there. and too excited i snap alot of the trees and plants' photos, pardon me alright?

during our practice there was music going on, because it's MAS' family day.. and while i was trying to focus, one of the host said something.

Singapore also have Cow, Cow bei and Cow Bu. Gosh i burst into laughter though i heard it before. Lucky never get internal bleeding.. lol..

how you don love the park? it's beautiful isn't it?

and also got alot of mosquito.. hahas.. rehersal for the camp, let mosquito bite me.. hahas..

here's the fruit, and the leaves can be use too.. to boil soup etc..it's a herb.
