First Day of Seminar..The Secret Life Code



This is where the seminar was hold..bottle tree park.. located near Khatib..

after the long sit.. the master's friend..a yoga teacher who went to india to learn yoga for 7 yrs.. teaches us some basic movement..

lunch time..vegetarian food.. :)

Second day of seminar..
