respect the callers..

telephone..everybody would say..ya..just a phone..nothing in common now adays..but has anyone respect the ppl who call it??

today i went to work..2pm..is my working time.. reach work ard 1.58pm..hahas..accurate huh? but most of the time i'm late..just coincidence.. :P

went to work..my hod told me to do RPO.. so i went then my senior was not happy..cause no one was outside to help her..and outside was in a mess..she complain..and say what a time to call me do RPO..in the end..i forsake the RPO and came out to help her..tidy up all the stuff..

it's really messy..later on i over promise my customer regarding the book.. "rainbow magic"..i told her we have new stock inside..book #11,#12 and#13..but we only have book #11..#12 and #13 is back order which means they will come later..so ya..i was in a hurry to find replacement..the customer actually need it by this weekend..so ya..cannot transfer..cos it will need 7 working days..so ya.. i try lot 1 they don have the book with good condition..

so i called north point...no one pick up..until 10 mins later..someone pick up the phone..

i said " halo..calling from causeway point popular, english department pls"

what i heard was music after that..they never even sy..hold on for a min..that was rude..

further more, just a few second i was cut off..and so i have to call again.. i call back at least 10 calls before they pick up..i was like KNN.. argh!!!

after all the talk with the staff..i made a reservation for my customer..i complain to the admin stuff in my company..then my company's assistance manager came in..a new one AM..not long ago joined our company..he heard what i say..he told me something which makes me think that he doesn't fit to be my Am.. he said..they are busy.. i was thinking does our company seem like not busy? i still pick up call ASAP..cause i always think that the people who called are urgent with some kind of stuff.. but what the manager say next makes me furious..

the phone was beside me..and it keep ringing..i also hack care..damn it..

he has no human affections at all..argh!! whatever..i don care..but pls..respect the callers..thank you..
